NICA Coach Resources
NICA provides comprehensive coach training, licensing, and educational materials. All CCC coaches should be familiar with NICA's coaching standards and requirements.
NorCal Coach Resources
NorCal MTB provides region-specific resources including the race schedule, coach meetings, and local guidelines.
Pit Zone
Pit Zone is used for team registration, waivers, and compliance. Coaches should be familiar with the platform.
Coach Meetings
CCC coaches meet regularly to plan practices, discuss rider development, and coordinate race weekends. Meeting details are shared through TeamSnap and direct communication.
Team Expectations
- Prioritize rider safety at all times
- Follow NICA coaching standards and code of conduct
- Communicate clearly with families and the Parent Board
- Create an inclusive, supportive environment for all riders
- Report any safety concerns immediately
