Guidelines for photos, videos, and content shared by CCC.
Youth Safety & Privacy
Protecting the safety and privacy of our riders is our top priority. All photos and videos shared by or through CCC must follow these guidelines.
Guidelines
- No personal contact information — Do not include phone numbers, email addresses, or home addresses in any media.
- No unsafe riding — Do not post or promote unsafe riding behavior, stunts, or activities that don't reflect CCC's safety values.
- No inappropriate content — No inappropriate music, language, or imagery in videos.
- No bullying — Content that bullies, mocks, or disrespects any rider, coach, or family will not be tolerated.
- Consent required — Do not post photos or videos of other riders without their parent/guardian consent.
- Parent approval required — All rider video submissions require parent/guardian approval.
- First names only — Use first names only for riders unless specifically approved by the family.
Team Rights
CCC reserves the right to remove any content shared through team channels that does not comply with this policy, at any time and without notice.
