What TeamSnap Is

TeamSnap is the official platform CCC uses to manage the team schedule, communicate with families, and coordinate events. Once your rider is registered, you will be added to TeamSnap and can access all practice details, race information, and team updates.

Using one platform helps us communicate clearly and keep everyone on the same page. Practice details are shared through TeamSnap and not published on this website for youth safety reasons.

How to Access It

• You will receive an invitation by email once your rider is registered
• Download the TeamSnap app on your phone or use the web version
• Use the button above to go straight to TeamSnap
• Sign in with the email address you registered with

Schedule and Event Details

The TeamSnap schedule shows all upcoming practices, races, and team events. Check it regularly for updates and changes. You will find specific practice locations, times, and notes on each event.

RSVPs

Always RSVP for practices and events. This helps coaches plan groups and know who to expect. Mark "Going," "Not Going," or "Maybe" for each event.

Messages and Announcements

Coaches and team coordinators use TeamSnap messaging to send updates, reminders, and announcements. Make sure your notifications are turned on so you do not miss anything important.

Practice Changes and Cancellations

If a practice is modified or cancelled, the update will be posted on TeamSnap. Always check before heading out, especially when weather is uncertain.

Notification Settings

Turn on push notifications in the TeamSnap app so you do not miss important updates. You can customize which notifications you receive so you get the right balance of staying informed without being overwhelmed.
